Rose Lantaigne

Hi, and Welcome!

My name is Rose and I love riding dirt bikes. But I’m so much more than just an athlete. I’m also a very intuitive and creative being. For years, I was very masculine in my ways, constantly chasing and achieving. However, this overly ambitious lifestyle led me straight into a health crisis.

In 2014, I fell ill from the Epstein-Bar virus. This major turn in events made me realize just how precious life is. After battling with chronic fatigue for several years, I was eventually forced to surrender and let go of the dreams I had as an athlete in order to focus on my rehabilitation.

This period of illness allowed me to tap into my feminine essence. I was able to turn my health struggles into an opportunity to heal myself and as a result, I was able to reignite my zest for riding, and life! This healing process led me to rediscover a truer, more authentic version of myself, and blossom into my fullest expression.

The Path of Self-Improvement

Throughout this journey, I learned how to nourish myself with wholesome foods and incorporate natural healing protocols into my daily life. I learned how to cultivate a healthy mindset and prioritize my body, mind and soul. I also learned how to overcome my limiting beliefs by doing hard things, while still making time for rest and recalibration. I learned how to find meaning and gratitude for life.

After a five year resting period, getting back in the saddle was the scariest thing ever. But deep down I knew I had unfinished business to take care of, and a wealth of untapped potential to discover. With small daily actions and devotion towards my craft, I regained my power, vitality and sense of clarity. And now I’m on a mission to inspire others to take action, carve their own path, and realize their full potential.

Live with Intention and Purpose

Riding gives me a sense of direction and something exciting to work towards. Given the nature of the sport, it’s incredibly important that I remain both physically and mentally fit. Riding helps me stay focused on my health, fitness, and even spiritual goals. I’m more committed to my overall growth due to the high demands of the sport.

My aim is not to be the best female rider out there. But rather, it’s to embrace the process of becoming my own version of that. Since longevity is something I value deeply, letting go of the chase for accolades and recognition has been a game changer. Instead, I’m learning to love my unique journey not only as an athlete, but as a confident warrior moving to my heart’s desires.

If you’re passionate about human potential and self-mastery, you’re in the right place. Riding dirt bikes is not mandatory to hang out here. My goal is to help you elevate and discover your soul’s desires so you can share your beautiful gifts with others. The world needs you in your fullest expression! Let's go!
